1. Introduction to KidZania

KidZania is a miniature city designed with full facilities and services such as an airport, hospital, bank, restaurant, police station, and much more. It is an ideal destination for children aged 4 to 14 to learn, explore, and develop essential life skills as well as broaden their understanding of the world around them through realistic role-playing activities.

2. Location and Space at KidZania Hanoi

KidZania Hanoi is conveniently located and easily accessible from various areas of the city, making it a favorite destination for families with young children. From the moment they step inside, children can immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of a miniature city, complete with bustling streets, diverse storefronts, and a wide range of services.

2.1. Game Format and Participation

Each area within KidZania is designed to replicate a real-life business or organization, such as an airline, hospital, television station, restaurant, manufacturing factory, or fire station.
Children receive a “passport” and are free to choose the professions they wish to experience. Each activity lasts approximately 15–20 minutes and follows a realistic simulation process, from putting on uniforms and receiving instructions to performing assigned tasks.

While working, children earn KidZania KidZos – the city’s official currency – which they can use to pay for other activities such as purchasing food, joining skill-based classes, or enjoying entertainment in designated areas for young citizens.

2.2. The Role of Adults

While children participate in activities, adults do not directly intervene but can observe from designated viewing areas or via camera screens in certain zones. Parents may take this time to relax at the café, shop at the souvenir store, or capture memorable photos. This approach ensures that children have the space to develop independence while parents remain assured of their safety.
