Gwanghwamun Station is a station on the Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 5 in South Korea. It is not the closest station to Gwanghwamun Gate as its name suggests. It is located next to the US embassy in Seoul.

In January 2013, the Seoul Metropolitan High-Speed Rail Corporation, which manages the line, released a free guidebook at this station. It is available in three languages: English, Japanese and Chinese, and includes eight tours as well as recommendations for places, restaurants and shopping malls.
