On the ground floor, with large windows opening to the outside, Eden Kitchen & Bar promises to be an essential meeting point in Zürich. Light streams in on natural leather sofas and glass table tops, softly tinted by stained glass windows created by artist Ara Starck. Light-colored floors, redwood, oars and hull are among the decorations designed to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere, as well as a reminder of the hotel's attachment. with Lake Zurich.

The open-plan kitchen is always active, in which diners can admire the professionalism and creativity of the teams led by Italian chef Marco Ortolani, a veteran of prestigious restaurants trusted in Italy and London, commanded, using the international experience he had learned from years of working as far away as Argentina and Hong Kong.

This wealth of international culinary influence is evident in the menu, with dishes inspired by traditional dishes from around the world: burrata, basil, quinoa, pomegranate, avocado, chimichurri , pasta, truffles, ham, gruyere cheese, yuzu teriyaki marinated salmon, and grilled Swiss quality meat. While rich in international flavors, Chef Ortolani has not forgotten the local flavors, Zürich-style veal sauté and potato rösti as a tribute to his Zürich.
