The restaurant's patio is furnished with light brown wooden plank tables with golden candles on each table, with potted Asian bamboo plants all around. The interior of the restaurant is also in a dark style with simple wooden tables, harmonious colors creating a warm atmosphere.

The menu at Fugu-Nydegg is a fusion of Japanese and Thai cuisine. Here, dishes such as tuna tataki, edamame boiled soybeans, thai curry, and traditional dishes are all cooked and presented with meticulous care to bring out a pure Asian flavor.

In addition to the extensive wine list, Fugu-Nydegg restaurant also serves traditional Japanese drinks such as Sake, Shochu, and Japanese carbon purifying water.
