The Danube River and the Danube Canal flow through Vienna like a blue thread. Let the waves take you to the best sights of Vienna.

The Danube is a famous river that flows from Germany through the Austrian capital Vienna to Budapest. This river has witnessed many ups and downs of the development history of Austria as well as Europe. A boating experience on the Danube takes you back to the long history of Vienna.

Visitors can choose from 3 different river cruise routes:

Line A shows the "green part" of Vienna and begins in the city center at Schwedenplatz. Cruise the Danube canal past the Urania Observatory, past the Prater's entertainment district as far as Freudenau and the yacht harbor "Marina Vienna". The boat trip ends at Reichsbrücke, the main shipping port, close to the impressive Franz of Assisi church.

Line A starts at Schwedenplatz and ends at Reichsbrücke with a duration of about 2 hours.

Line B shows the modern side of Vienna and the urban skyline of the United Nations, the Danube Tower and the new area called Danube City. The boat trip begins at the Reichsbrücke, from where you sail the Danube out of the city to the historic district of Nußdorf. After a short stop, the boat continues on the Danube canal, where you can experience Vienna's historic sights and enjoy a relaxing atmosphere while sailing through the city. The final destination is the new transit station "Vienna City" at Schwedenplatz, home to modern architecture and chic restaurants, full of urban flair.

Line B starts: Reichsbrücke and ends at Schwedenplatz with a time of about 1 and a half hours.

Route C is a round trip on the Danube. The starting point is at Schwedenplatz in the city center. From there, we traveled upstream to the historic district at Nußdorf and back. The view from the boat gives you a unique impression of attractions like the Ring Tower, built in 1955 with weather lights, the Rossauer military barracks, and the Urania Observatory. The final destination is again at Schwedenplatz.

Start and finish at Schwedenplatz with a time of about 1 and a half hours.

During the trip, guests can enjoy Viennese delicacies in the boat restaurant or sunbathe upstairs. During the evening hours and in winter, the ship will be heated. The large windows on the train give visitors a panoramic view of the city.
