The temple was founded in 1974 by Sant Shree Nagpalj - who is also worshiped in the temple complex, died in 1998. The entire temple complex is spread over a 70-acre site, the southwestern suburb of Delhi and only about 4 km from Qutub Minar.
The Temple District consists of 3 sections with 20 shrines of different sizes. There is also a Shrine dedicated to Goddess Durga, Lord Krishna and God Ganesh. Entering the Temple, you will see the Statue of the Goddess riding a lion and holding a sword in her hand. Near the Shrine of Goddess Katyayani is a room with furniture, dressing table, bed "Shayan Kaksha" of the Goddess carved in pure silver.
The temple is built of marble, boasting Dravidian and Nagara architectural styles - a fusion of North and South Indian architecture. One of the highlights is the 30.7m tall Statue of God Hanuman. In addition, there are statues of gods such as Maa Katyayani, Ram - Darbar, Maa Mahishasurmardini, Radha-Krishna, Laxmiji, Hanumanji, Shiv-Parvati, etc. This place has special celebrations with strong faith in religion. .
In front is a beautiful old tree, devotees often tie holy ropes to the branches to express their wishes. In addition to the large lawn, there is also a large bronze bell, made from about 3000kg of brass.
In the adjacent temple complex, there is a very large basement room where devotees and pilgrims are served delicious meals from the temple kitchen.
