Marine Drive is a 3.6-kilometer sea-facing promenade that begins at Nariman Point and goes to Babulnath Hill. With views of the Arabian Sea, Marine Drive is undoubtedly one of the most peaceful places in the world's busiest city.

Marine Drive is also known as Queen's Necklace, or Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Road. Strolling along the beautiful Marine Drive facing the sea is quite an enjoyable thing to do in Mumbai. This road is named the Queen's necklace because at night the lights along this winding 3.6 km road create the illusion of a string of pearls wrapped around the neck.
