An ancient temple with many architectural and cultural values associated with Buddhist traditions.

The temple is located in the central area of the city, is a spiritual destination for many people in Hai Phong city. The temple is also known as Phuc Lam Tu, originating from the Early Le Dynasty (980-1009). Over the years, the temple has been restored and repaired twice, like in 1899. and add a steeple. In 1917, the pagoda built more statues and gardens, repaired the tower garden, these structures are still maintained to this day. Compared to many ancient temples in Hai Phong, Hang Du Pagoda has a superficial architecture and a complete campus. The pagoda was built in the style of nail, including a 7-room Buddha hall, two sides are the ancestral church, a 3-storey high bell tower inside with a large copper bell.

The temple's statue garden is a masterpiece of art, here there are 12 elaborately carved statues arranged around the lake to make visitors feel comfortable. Prominent in the garden is a yellow Buddha statue sitting on a lotus right under the Bodhi tree, which reminds us of the image where the Buddha attained enlightenment right under the Bodhi tree thousands of years ago. With beautiful and unique architecture, visitors to Du Hang Pagoda can both admire the scenery and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere at the Buddha's door, where all worries will disappear.
