Claimed by most locals to be the best place in Bali to eat a burger, BO$$MAN is run by New Zealand-born restaurateur Adam McAsey, and chef Jethro Vincent. The BO$$MAN brand focuses on the subject of Hip Hop & Rap culture, with the names of famous figures such as Original Gangster, Al Capone, El Chapo, Kim 'Chi' Un, Notorious 'PIG', and Gandhi for each different type of burger.
BO$$MAN offers a top quality serving of burgers, often considered fast food not delicately prepared. The beef here is not just the patty you buy at the market every day. All beef burgers here use 60-day-dry-aged steaks, dry-aged and shaped at the restaurant. All pork is cooked within 18 hours so that each piece of meat served in the burger is tender, juicy, and succulent.
BO$$MAN has 6 special burgers:
- The Original Gangster: a classic burger consisting of 160g beef patty, topped with American cheese, heirloom tomatoes, iceberg lettuce, American mustard, pickles, grilled onions and a trio of natural sauces do.
- Al Capone: 160g beef patty, bacon, grilled onion, smoked cheddar cheese, creole chutney, aioli sauce and smoked BBQ sauce.
- El Chapo: 160gr beef patty seasoned, fresh jalapeño peppers, chedder cheese, rocket lettuce, onions, coriander, chipotle mayonnasie, salsa sauce, served on sesame seed bread.
- Kim 'Chi' Un: spicy chicken burger with homemade kimchi and gochujang mayo
- Notorious PIG: marinated pork belly, sweet chili sauce and sesame sauce.
- The Gandhi: for those who are vegetarian, the filling is made with quinoa and sunflower seeds, eggplant chutney, edame beans, beet & walnut salad, spinach, red onion, cucumber tzatziki & dill, eaten in sesame seed bread.
Each burger at BO$$MAN is served with homemade sauce and a delicious sesame loaf. In addition, the burger is also accompanied by extra dishes such as fries topped with parmesan cheese and truffles, and porcini, adding to the enjoyment of the burger with cold beer and cocktails all day.
