A special feature of Ly Quoc Su pillow cake shop is that the dipping sauce, the quintessence of the dish, does not use fish sauce. According to the owner, the dipping sauce here is simply made from cooled boiled water, sugar, salt and vinegar according to the family's own secret, so it has a moderate sweet and spicy taste. In particular, every stage of baking is calculated according to a certain ratio as well as using machines to make even and delicious cakes.
