Cu Ky sea

The tick is a rather strange name for many people when traveling to Ha Long, because this species is distributed mainly in two sea areas, Quang Ninh and Khanh Hoa. But the coastal area of Quang Ninh is considered by many to be more delicious, with sweet and firm meat. The tick is also known by other names such as thunder crab, stone crab or shackles. Looks quite similar to crabs, but this type is easy to recognize because they have very large pairs of claws, and the body is small. The tickle shell is very hard, the meat is mainly concentrated on the two sides of the claw, and the carcass is very little, so the dishes people often use are mainly processed. Coming to Ha Long, you can enjoy Cu Ky dishes which are processed into many dishes such as: steamed squid, grilled squid, fried rice with tamarind, vermicelli ... - Grilled ketchup: After being washed, the ketchup will be grilled on fiery red coals until the part is cracked. Grilled zucchini retains its sweetness and typical eating style of the coastal people of Quang Ninh. Eating hot grilled chilies will make you feel the aroma, holding the pincers dipped with salt, pepper, lemon juice or chili sauce will make anyone the most fastidious people love it.

- Stir-fried Cu Ky with tamarind: very suitable for sitting and sipping on cool days. This dish is a bit more sophisticated than grilled fish, after being washed, the chef has to break it so that the seasoning when stir-frying can penetrate deep into the meat, while enjoying the medium-sized meat. Being "sucked cool" sweet and sour spices are absorbed evenly outside, making this dish extremely attractive to women.
