Cape Ganh Dau

Ganh Dau Cape is located in the North of Phu Quoc Island, where forests, mountains and sea are still intact. From Duong Dong town, the capital of Phu Quoc island district, visitors go back to the north of the island. A little out of the crowded center, visitors can see the red dirt roads through many peaceful villages and the whole Phu Quoc National Park. Otherwise, another option is to take a boat to Ghenh Dau beach. Visitors can choose the western route of Rach Tram to enjoy the fascinating natural beauty along the way.

The road to Ganh Dau is interesting. When you come out of the busy Duong Dong town, you will be on the red dirt roads along the peaceful villages. Along the two sides of the path are immense pepper farms running along the slopes of Statue Park in Cua Duong area, Cua Can commune. Going about 20 kilometers on the long road, you will encounter the primeval forest of Phu Quoc National Park, which is considered the island's precious forest, home to an extremely rich flora and fauna. With an area of more than 8700 hectares, coming here visitors will be overwhelmed by the majestic mountains and vast green trees.

Located to the west of Ganh Dau cape and to the east of Rach Tram, Ganh Dau beach is surrounded by high hills including Bai Dai Mountain and Ham Rong. This is a famous place with a revolutionary past because this is where Nguyen Trung Truc used to set up a base to fight the invading French invaders. 32 km from Duong Dong capital makes Ganh Dau really a "background" because this is the farthest point from the development center of Phu Quoc island district, however, this is what makes the difference. and cool of Ganh Dau here.
