General Information & Terms of Service Important Note:

• Please read the following information carefully before booking the Tan Son Nhat Airport service.
• Liability: Tatinta is not responsible for guests' personal luggage.
• Scope of Authority: Our staff is strictly prohibited from interfering with security inspections or customs procedures regarding luggage.

Required Information for Booking:

• A clear photo of the passport information page.
• Full flight details.
• Entry visa type (e.g., Visa Exemption, E-visa, TRC, etc.).
• Contact information of the guest or the person booking the service.

Schedule Changes:

• Flight Changes: If your flight schedule changes, please notify us before the original departure time. If notification is provided only after the flight has landed and we cannot adjust in time, 100% of the service fee will be charged.
• Departure Services (Send-off):
  - Please arrive at the scheduled meeting time. If you need to change the time, notify us at least 30 minutes in advance.
  - If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without notice, the service will be automatically canceled, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• Support: If you cannot locate our staff at the meeting point, please contact Tatinta immediately for assistance. If you proceed with immigration/departure on your own without notifying us, 100% of the service fee will still be charged.

Surcharges:

• Chinese Passports: A surcharge of 150,000 VND/Guest applies for processing a separate visa (for guests holding only an E-visa or an Entry Approval Letter).
• Night Service: A surcharge of 250,000 VND/Guest applies for services between 23:00 and 06:00.
• Pick-up and drop-off times during Tet (February 14th, 2026 - February 22nd, 2026): surcharge of 250,000 VND/person/service.

Additional Services:

• Luggage Assistance & Escort to Exit: 350,000 VND.Visa Stamping/Exchange Support: 250,000 VND.
