From 4 – 7 days: 30% cancellation fee
From 2 – 3 days: 50% cancellation fee
Within 48 hours or no-show: 100% cancellation fee
Working time: Based on working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Force majeure: In case of flight cancellation/delay or natural disasters, support will be provided to reschedule or work with suppliers to minimize penalties.
