Day 1 — Arrival & Warm Start

🏨 Noon: Pick up family in Ha Long (bus station or meeting point in the city), the whole family moves to the beach resort or hotel by the bay.
☕ Grandparents: Check in, relax, have afternoon tea — you can book a light massage / foot bath to relax upon arrival.
🏊 Parents & kids: Kids explore the resort's playground or children's pool; parents pack their bags and relax.

🎡 Afternoon: The whole family goes to Sun World Ha Long Park (cable car, amusement park) — grandparents walk and sightsee; children play in the sensory area/mini park; parents supervise & take photos.

🐠 Evening: Seafood dinner at a coastal restaurant, the whole family gathers to tell stories and take family photos.

👉 Emotions: The journey begins gently — joy mixed with peaceful moments for grandparents.

Day 2 — Halong Bay: Cruise, Explore & Share Memories

🚢 Morning: After breakfast, the whole family boards the Ha Long cruise
🧘 Grandparents: Enjoy the bay view, sit on the deck, relax, do some light yoga (optional).
🎎 Children: Join in cave exploration (if age appropriate), or play safe games on deck; there are small guided activities for children on board.
🚣 Parents: Accompany, take photos, or join kayaking with your children (light activity, with guide).

🦐 Lunch: Seafood/specialty lunch on board — cozy atmosphere, everyone enjoys.

🏖️ Afternoon: Relax at the resort

Day 3 — Peaceful farewell & Memories

All guest cancellations will incur additional fees as follows:

• More than 14 days before departure date: No charge.
• From 7 days to 14 days before departure date: 50% of tour price.
• From 3 days to 6 days before departure date: 70% of tour price.
• Within 3 days before departure date or no show: 100% tour price.
