Just ten kilometres from the main city, nature and a beautifully designed landscape come together in harmony. Foreign rarities grow next to the local plants, which you will surely recognise. The thousands of plant species offer visitors the joy of discovery and a delight for the eyes of both nature enthusiasts and casual visitors.
The collections as well as outdoor and greenhouse expositions are the most unique ones in Estonia and feature the highest number of species with over 8,000 varieties.

Tallinn's Botanical Garden, nestled within the enchanting Kadriorg Park, is a verdant oasis that showcases the diversity of plant life. Established in 1961, the garden spans over 110 hectares and features a myriad of plant collections, from alpine flowers to exotic tropical specimens.
Visitors can meander through themed gardens, including rock gardens, Japanese gardens, and collections of conifers, each creating a distinct ambiance. The Palm House, a majestic glass structure, houses tropical and subtropical plants, offering a sensory escape into different climates. The Botanical Garden serves not only as a haven for plant enthusiasts but also as an educational hub, promoting environmental awareness and conservation.
