- Le Mill: This boutique is located in the same building (Pheroze Building) as Indigo Deli and is a treasure trove for designer clothing lovers. The store spans a total area of more than 370sqm and their collections range from international brands such as Valentino, Chloe, Saint Laurent, Balmain and Jacquemus as well as Indian contemporaries such as Bodice, DeMuro Das , Design Temple,... The shop has quite a long history as it was converted and designed from an ancient rice mill that was converted into a shipping warehouse before the division of India and Pakistan. The store was founded by French founders, Cecilia Morelli and Julie Leymarie, who chose to settle in Mumbai for their love of fashion.

- Parvati Mansion: It offers both designer jewelry and Indian national dress. The jewelry designs are mostly carefully placed fusion pieces, and they come in gold, silver, and bronze. The store is directly opposite the Bata store on the Colaba Causeway.
