The square includes a stage, a festival ground and a path paved with natural gray, very readily available materials in Ninh Binh. The paths are interspersed between the grass and trees to create freshness for this place.
Prominent in the center of the square is the statue of Dinh Tien Hoang De with the mass of up to 100 tons, the body is 9.9m high and the pedestal is 10m high.
