Naengmyeon is a traditional cold noodle dish that originated in North Korea. The dish consists of buckwheat noodles, served with slices of boiled beef or pork, half a boiled egg, radish, cucumber, scallions, and bone broth. At Jin Mi Pyongyang Naengmyeon restaurant, the meat broth, made with beef brisket, hooves and pork, the meat broth is almost watery, and the noodles are chewy and cool. The light but rich flavor of the broth and the aroma of the meat make it a healthy dish that pleases diners.
