Bitexco Building

Located in the heart of the city's business district, the 262m-tall Bitexco Financial Tower offers visitors a great view of Saigon from its SkyDeck. Designed by famous American Architect - Carlos Zapata, this 68-storey tower houses offices, shops, restaurants and a helipad. CNNGo recently ranked the building fifth on its list of the 20 most iconic skyscrapers in the world.

Six of the floors of the Bitexco Financial Tower have been turned over to retail space although the main attraction here is not the shopping, but the views. The public observatory on the 49th floor can be accessed using one of the tower's 16 elevators, which can reach any floor regardless of floor within 35 seconds. The tower is also famous for the Bitexco Runway, where competitors race from the ground floor lobby to the Sky Deck. The race lasted 178 meters with the latest record of 4 minutes and 51 seconds - held by Germany's Vertical World Circuit Champion Thomas Dold.

Sky Deck offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the city and Saigon River. The Bitexco building also received the "Excellence in Structural Engineering" award from NCSEA in 2011 and is currently the 124th tallest building in the world. The main attraction at the tower is the Sky Deck, where visitors can enjoy spectacular views of the bustling city below.
