Profile
The i-museum is a modern multi-sensory museum located on the 5th floor of Trang Tien Plaza, 24 Hai Ba Trung Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi. As the first i-museum in Hanoi, it applies advanced visual, audio, lighting, and motion sensor technologies to create an engaging and immersive space for both educational and artistic experiences. Designed with creativity and high interactivity in mind, many i-museum reviews from visitors and travel websites highlight this venue as a unique cultural and entertainment destination in the heart of the capital.
Inside the i museum, the space is divided into thematic zones ranging from traditional Vietnamese culture and natural sciences to modern technology and digital art.
In the Vietnamese Culture Zone, visitors can explore traditional content such as Đông Hồ paintings, folk festivals, and the áo dài using AR (Augmented Reality) technology. The use of motion effects and vivid soundscapes creates a truly immersive historical and cultural journey.
The Physics Zone offers opportunities to explore phenomena like light, gravity, and friction through interactive models. Here, visitors can perform hands-on experiments and observe physical reactions, turning theoretical knowledge into practical experiences.
The Information Technology Zone presents the evolution of computers, the Internet, artificial intelligence (AI), and blockchain. With the help of visual graphics and interactive content, this area brings modern technological developments to life in an engaging and educational way.
Equally impressive is the Digital Art Zone, where exhibits make use of VR, 3D mapping, and interactive projections. The content is updated regularly with various themes such as Ancient Forests, Digital Skies, or Ecological Futures, making it a must for visitors looking to capture unforgettable i-museum photos.
i-museum Hanoi includes a dedicated area for children with activities such as digital drawing, basic programming, logic games, and STEAM learning (an educational approach integrating Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics). The design encourages creativity, problem-solving, and early engagement with technology in a fun and safe environment.
Beyond its exhibits, the i-museum serves as a hub for the creative community. The museum regularly hosts seminars, workshops, and discussions featuring artists, designers, tech specialists, and educators. These events promote cross-disciplinary collaboration between art, science, and society, helping to build a contemporary cultural ecosystem right in the center of Hanoi.
The i-museum ticket price varies based on age and the time of the week. According to booking platforms such as TicketGo, Klook, and Traveloka:
