🗓️ Day 01: Saigon – Da Lat (Open Bus Experience)

• You should arrive at the Bus station at least 30 minutes before departure (departing at 03:00 AM, 04:00 AM, 07:30 AM or 09:00 AM)
• Overland transfer to Dalat (approximately 07 hours)
• Check-in at Le House Hotel (early check-in subject to availability).
• Free time to explore Dalat
• Overnight at the hotel.

🗓️ Day 02: Explore Dalat

• Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
• Feel free to explore the stunning sights of Da Lat and enjoy the delicious food.
• Overnight in Dalat.

🗓️ Day 03: Explore Dalat

• Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
• Feel free to explore the stunning sights of Da Lat and enjoy the delicious food.
• Overnight in Dalat.

🗓️ Day 04: Dalat 

• Breakfast at the hotel and free time for shopping local specialties.
• Check-out before 12:00 AM.
• End of services. (The itinerary can be shortened or extended upon request.)

• Early booking is recommended during peak seasons (weekends, public holidays, Tet).
• Transportation schedules and room availability are subject to change and must be reconfirmed prior to departure.
• Valid identification is required for hotel check-in and transportation.
• Weather in Dalat can change quickly; warm clothing and a light raincoat are recommended.

• Once payment is completed and confirmed, the combo/ticket is considered valid.
• Guests can still request cancellation/change (except for holiday packages, group bookings, or services with specific policies that have been announced in advance).
• The cancellation time is calculated from the time Global DMC Travel confirms the cancellation request via hotline or online system.

Cancellation fees are calculated based on the original price (no promotions apply):
• Cancellation less than 10 days prior to departure: 50% fee applies.
• Cancellation less than 5 days prior to departure: 100% fee applies.
• Cancellation less than 5 days in advance or no-show: 100% fee applies.
Group and Holiday Combo Packages
• Applicable for groups of 5 or more people or departures during holidays (at least 7 days before and after the holiday).
• Cancellation/modification fees will be determined by Global DMC Travel according to the policies of the transportation company and hotel.
• By ordering a combo package, customers implicitly agree to and accept these terms and conditions.
Refund
• Any refunds (if applicable) will be processed using a method agreed upon by both parties (bank transfer, e-wallet, etc.).
• The processing time for refunds depends on the bank (usually a few business days).
• Transaction fees, processing fees, and ticket delivery fees are non-refundable.
• If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please contact Global DMC for assistance.
