- Original passport (valid for at least 3 months after the planned departure from Schengen and with at least 2 blank pages); - Old passport (if available); - Soft copy photo; - Certificate of residence issued by the local police (form CT07); - National identity card; - Marriage certificate / Divorce decree / Death certificate of spouse (if applicable);

* If you are an employee: - Employment contract / Recruitment/Appointment letter; - Employment verification letter; - Salary slips for the last 3 months; - Assignment letter for the business trip; - Business registration and tax payment confirmation for the last 3 months of the applicant’s company; - Confirmation of the balance of the company’s account sending the assignment. * If you are a business owner: - Business registration certificate; - Tax payment confirmation for the last 3 months; * Additionally, you need to submit: - Invitation letter; - Invitation letter/Ticket for trade fair/workshop; - Documents proving the relationship between the two companies.

- Personal bank statement for the last 3 months; - Savings account passbook with a minimum value of 5,000 USD + balance confirmation letter; - Land use rights certificate or property ownership documents (if available); - Vehicle ownership documents, investment documents (if available).

Travel Insurance

- Original passport (valid for at least 3 months after the planned departure from Schengen and with at least 2 blank pages); - Old passport (if available); - Soft copy photo; - Certificate of residence issued by the local police (form CT07); - National identity card; - Marriage certificate / Divorce decree / Death certificate of spouse (if applicable); - Child’s birth certificate (if traveling with a child); - Children’s national identity cards; - Residence permit of spouse/children if residing in the EU/Schengen area.

* If you are an employee: - Employment contract / Recruitment/Appointment letter; - Employment verification letter; - Salary slips for the last 3 months; - Leave request letter; * If you are a business owner: - Business registration certificate; - Tax payment confirmation for the last 3 months; * If you are a student: - Student ID card and student confirmation letter; * If you are retired: - Retirement documents; * If you are a freelancer: - Resume with confirmation specifying work and income;

* Applicant: - Savings account with a minimum value of 5000 USD or more + a bank statement confirming the balance equivalent to this amount; - Land use rights certificate or property ownership documents (if available); - Documents showing ownership of vehicles, investments, etc. (if available); * The host (if the host is covering expenses): - Personal bank statements for the last 3 months; - Employment verification letter; - Salary slips for the last 3 months.

- Travel insurance; * The host must provide: - Invitation letter; - Passport and ID Card or Passport and residence card of the host; - Documents proving the relationship between the parties.
