History of Formation and Development
The National Convention Center began construction in 2004 and was officially inaugurated in October 2006. This large-scale project was designed by German architect Meinhard von Gerkan and the GMP International team. NCC has hosted numerous significant events in Vietnam and internationally, such as APEC, ASEAN conferences, and large-scale cultural and artistic activities.
Unique Architecture and Impressive Scale
The National Convention Center impresses with its modern design, inspired by the natural beauty of Vietnam's landscapes, such as the shape of the land and flowing rivers. Covering a total area of 64 hectares, NCC includes various facilities such as a large auditorium with a capacity of up to 3,800 people, dozens of meeting rooms, and an artistic experience area full of sophistication.
Free Travel Experience
Besides its primary function as an event venue, NCC is also an ideal destination for free leisure trips. Visitors can stroll around the vast gardens, participate in art exhibitions, or simply admire panoramic views of Hanoi from unique perspectives within the center's premises.

The National Convention Center is located in Me Tri commune, Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi, near major traffic arteries such as Pham Hung street and Thang Long boulevard. Tourists can easily reach NCC by bus, taxi, or drive themselves quickly and conveniently.
