Ti Top Island

Tip Top Island is a small island located inside Ha Long Bay. TiTop island is about 12km from Tuan Chau international cruise port, 10km from Ha Long Sun World international cruise port. The best time to visit is in the summer from May to the end of August, this time is very suitable for swimming activities on the island. Ti Top Island is one of the destinations of the number 2 sightseeing route in Ha Long Bay tourist area and is the overnight stop of many yachts.

The island previously had several different names. But in 1962, to commemorate the visit to the island between Uncle Ho and Soviet cosmonaut Gherman Ti Top, Uncle Ho named the island Ti Top Island. So the name Ti Top has remained to this day and has become a symbol of the friendship between Vietnam and the Soviet Union. Coming to Ti Top Island, you will be bathed in clear, very clean water, you can clearly see schools of fish swimming right under your feet. The beach has become a favorite spot for tourists when coming to Ha Long in the summer months. In addition to swimming, you can explore the beauty of the entire Ha Long Bay when standing from the top of Ti Top mountain. Passing more than 400 steps to reach Ti Top Island, the view from the top of the mountain will certainly not disappoint you. From above you can see a very beautiful and poetic Ha Long Bay.
