Mua Cave belongs to Hang Mua eco-tourism area in Khe Dau Ha village, Ninh Xuan commune, Hoa Lu district, Ninh Binh, about 4km from Ninh Binh center, this place is considered the "Great Wall of Vietnam". From the top of the mountain, visitors will have the opportunity to admire the majestic scenery of the rocky mountains, we will see the whole beauty of Tam Coc with the ripe golden rice fields being harvested.
From the center of Ninh Binh city to the south about 5km is to the cave eco-tourism area, the road is very easy. Visitors taking the Halong Bay land tour from Hanoi can follow National Highway 01 or National Highway 1A to Ninh Binh Dance Cave.
Mua Cave is located in a mountain like a bell, about 800m2 wide. The name of the cave is associated with the legend when King Tran on his way to Thang Long, when coming to Hoa Lu, often frequented this cave under the mountain to have fun dancing and singing, so folk called this place Mua Cave (Dance Cave). Notes when traveling to Mua Cave in Ninh Binh
The road to the top of Mua mountain in Ninh Binh is quite tricky, with many rocks, so you have to pay attention carefully, do not play around to ensure safety.
You should choose comfortable sports shoes and clothes because the process of climbing nearly 500 steps will surely make you feel tired and sluggish. Don't forget to bring a small water bottle to keep your energy up during the climb.
If you move in the summer, you can choose the time to climb in the afternoon because the sun is not too harsh at this time and you can watch the sunset right on the top of the mountain.
