Yu restaurant

Yù restaurant is popular with Bern's Asian food lovers, the thousand-year-old recipes and modern atmosphere create a new feeling when enjoying food at Yù. The restaurant combines Asian cuisine with a trendy atmosphere: two terracotta soldiers from the army of the Emperor of China greet guests by the aquarium. Traditional dishes from the kitchen are beautifully displayed. Many dining tables are round with a rotating glass panel on the table so that everyone sitting at the round table can pick up dishes like from ancient China.

From Tuesday to Saturday, Yù restaurant at Kursaal Bern serves a rich Asian buffet. The restaurant's specialties such as Hokkien noodles, Vietnamese pho or pad Thai come with snacks such as sushi, dim sum or vegetarian spring rolls that always warm diners' hearts. Most of the kitchen team is from Asia, so they showcase their homeland's culinary diversity with great skill and passion. Guests can always expect freshly prepared dishes, high-quality ingredients and impressive service in a stylish setting.

The wine and drink list at Yù is as varied as the restaurant's food. A variety of wines will be selected to harmonize perfectly with Asian cuisines. Yù also has a wide range of international beers that offer something for taste – from American to Belgian to Asian beers.
