The journey begins at Otta Cuisine , where a friendly guide will welcome and accompany you. From here, you will cycle to Tra Que vegetable village , following green rice fields and lush gardens to feel the peaceful life of local farmers.

Before entering the market, you will return to Otta Cuisine to rest, and receive a conical hat and a cloth bag – small but meaningful luggage for the experience. At Hoi An market , you have the opportunity to meet friendly vendors and choose fresh ingredients for the lesson.

At the end of the market trip, the class starts right at the restaurant with the enthusiastic guidance of a professional chef . You will be guided step by step, from preparation to cooking, and finally the most exciting moment: enjoying the meal prepared by your own hands .
