08:30 / 14:30: Meet the local guide at the hotel lobby and begin the cultural experience around Hoi An countryside.

• The first stop is a traditional lantern-making workshop where guests learn about the history of Hoi An lanterns and create their own handmade lantern under the guidance of local craftsmen.
• Lanterns are one of the most recognizable symbols of Hoi An Ancient Town. Their colorful fabric and bamboo frames create a warm atmosphere throughout the old streets, especially in the evening.
• Continue to Thanh Dong Organic Farm, a 10,000sqm organic garden maintained by local farming families using eco-friendly cultivation methods.
• Guests take a short walk through the vegetable garden, learn about the farmers’ daily life, and join simple gardening activities such as preparing soil, sowing seeds, watering herbs, or harvesting vegetables.
• After leaving the farm, the tour continues with a basket boat ride along the Do River. The peaceful river scenery and nipa palm landscape reflect the countryside atmosphere around Hoi An.
• Along the river, guests may observe local fishing life and daily riverside activities.
• Before returning to the hotel, enjoy a short Vietnamese cooking demonstration featuring Quang Nam-style pancakes and a Vietnamese family-style meal.
