Cancellation policy

Customers can cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before their scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will not be refunded.

No refunds will be given if the customer fails to pick up the goods or cannot be contacted at the agreed-upon pickup time.

If a customer requests a change to the pickup time or location less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time, the change will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

In the event of a flight delay, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to adjust the pick-up time according to the updated flight information, subject to driver availability.

Cancellation Policy
