A space to explore science for children and the public, to increase the exposure of science to the masses, and to arouse young people's passion for science and creativity.

ExploraScience Quy Nhon Science Discovery Center was established in 2015 (currently managed by the Department of Science and Technology), from the idea of the Meet Vietnam Association (chaired by Prof. Tran Thanh Van), with the aim of purpose of disseminating science to the public - especially the younger generation - in the easiest way through scientific experimentation, fun and discovery activities.

Located on Science Boulevard, in Ghenh Rang ward, about 5 km south of Quy Nhon city center, ExploraScience Quy Nhon Center has a total area of about 4 hectares, of which the main building has an area of 5,000m2 and other facilities. adjoining ancillary building.

The main building is designed as the orbits of the planets overlapping, inside there are galleries including:

  • Cosmic model house: viewers can explore astronomical phenomena, cosmic images illustrated by visual and vivid images, through projection and simulation technology equipment
  • Science Museum: includes many booths exhibiting scientific experiments in different fields, helping viewers explore science through interactive learning and play activities:

    • Math Discovery Zone
    • Life Science Discovery Zone
    • Chemistry Discovery Zone
    • Astronomy Discovery Zone
    • Environmental Science Discovery Zone
  • Besides, at the Center, there is also a spacious and friendly space with a reading corner, a coffee lounge area, a science library and a souvenir shop for visitors.

The purpose of the Center's birth is to serve both science education for the young generation, while developing science through tourism activities, making science more and more accessible to all. every object.
