CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR COMBO PACKAGE
I. Regulations regarding cancellation/refund policies, trip cancellations, missed trips, and onboard services for Valid Tickets (ticketes that have been paid for and confirmed).
1. Buyer-initiated cancellation/refund: After completing payment and order confirmation, your ticket will be a Valid Ticket, but you can still cancel the booking. Canceling tickets (except for holiday tickets, group bookings, or tickets from transportation companies and hotels with specific cancellation policies) may incur a cancellation fee (calculated as a percentage of the original ticket price, i.e., the price before any promotions or discounts) depending on the time of cancellation as follow
o 15 Days Before Departure: 50
o 10 Days Before Departure: 100%
The “time of cancellation” depends on the method of notification by the buyer, which is: the time the buyer calls the hotline to notify of cancellation and the request is confirmed by the call center staff. In the case of group bookings (number of canceled tickets greater than or equal to 5 people) and tickets departing during holidays (including at least 7 days before and after those holidays), the cancellation fee will be entirely determined by the company. When booking group tickets or tickets for departures during holidays on the website, the buyer agrees to and accepts all decisions on the website. The method of refunding the buyer is agreed upon by both parties in each transaction. Transaction fees (bank fees, transaction processing fees, etc.) will be borne by the buyer in case the buyer proactively cancels the ticket.
2. Regulations on refund/cancellation policy, trip cancellation, missed trips and onboard services for Paid-to-Bus Tickets (tickets not paid before boarding). With Paid-to-Bus Tickets, the company will not be obligated to pay any amount (penalties/refunds/compensation) to the Buyer in any case where the Buyer is unable to complete the journey. The ticket money will be refunded in cases where it is transferred to the bank account, debit card, credit card, or e-wallet account used by the passenger when booking the ticket or other methods agreed upon by both parties
