📅 Detailed program:

🕚 Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City – Dong Thap – Tram Chim National Park

🚌 08:00 – Pick up guests at the center of Ho Chi Minh City, depart for Dong Thap.
🐦 Tour guide explains about the nature and culture of the West, especially the role of Tram Chim in ecological conservation.
🍵 Stop at Tien Giang/Ben Tre to rest and have a snack (at your own expense).

🏨 11:30 – Arrive at Tram Chim. Check in at Tram Chim Resort or eco-homestay near the forest (optional).

🍲 12:00 – Lunch with Dong Thap specialties: grilled snakehead fish, grilled chicken in lotus leaves, linh fish hotpot with sesban flowers (seasonal).

🚐 14:00 – Depart for Tram Chim National Park tour:
🏠 Visit the Visitor Center and learn about the wetland ecosystem.
🚤 Take a motorboat and rowboat deep into the cajuput forest.
🦅 Watch rare birds: storks, herons, teals, sesbania, especially you can see flocks of red-crowned cranes (dry season).
🎣 Experience casting nets, setting traps to catch fish, picking water lilies and lotus flowers with the locals (depending on the season).

🌅 17:30 – Return to the resort/homestay. Rest and take photos of the sunset on the river.

🍺 18:30 – Dinner at the resort with a rustic menu.

👉 After dinner, you can join the campfire, cultural exchange, and enjoy traditional music (if the group has a request).

🛏️ Stay overnight at Tram Chim.

🕚 Day 2: Tram Chim – Lotus Pond – Ho Chi Minh City

🦜 05:30 – Wake up early, take a boat to watch the sunrise and early morning birds. This is the best time to observe birds of prey flying in flocks.

🍜 07:30 – Breakfast at hotel/resort.

🛶 08:30 – Visit Lotus Field – Dong Thap:
🌺 Boat ride among lotus fields, sightsee, take photos.
🍹 Enjoy lotus tea, lotus seeds, lotus milk.
🍸 Experience making traditional dishes from lotus.

🦐 11:00 – Check out, have lunch at a local restaurant.

🚌 13:00 – Get on the bus and depart for Ho Chi Minh City.

👨‍👩‍👦 17:00 – 17:30 – Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City. End of tour, say goodbye and see you again.

• Children under 5 years old: Free (sitting in the same car, eating with parents, sleeping with parents)
• Children from 5-9 years old: 75% of adult price (including meals, seats on the bus, entrance tickets, sleeping with parents)
• Children over 9 years old: Adult price

Any cancellation by the guest will incur additional fees as follows:

• More than 14 days before departure date: No charge.
• From 7 days to 14 days before departure date: 50% of tour price.
• From 3 days to 6 days before departure date: 70% of tour price.
• Within 3 days before departure date or no show: 100% tour price.
