La Truffière welcomed its new head chef, Christophe Poard, in February 2016. Before coming to Paris, he worked in the famous kitchens of the Casino de Deauville, the three-star Schwarzwaldstube restaurant in Antwerp, the Carlsbad Plaza in the Czech Republic and the Château d'Hassonville in Belgium.
Since his arrival, he has made his mark on the menu, making it a top destination for wine, seafood and cheese lovers. The good news is that you can sample the restaurant's signature three-course menu for an affordable price.
