Truong Han Sieu was a great cultural celebrity of the Tran Dynasty. He was born in Phuc An village, now Ninh Binh city. In front of the temple, there is a big picture written in Chinese characters "Truong Thang Phu Tu". At the temple, there are also two books of his life, including Bach Dang Giang Phu and Linh Te Thap, in which Bach Dang Giang Phu showed a very special Dong A's aura.
