Located inside the Lindley Hotel in the Ostend district, Leuchtendroter is the more modest site of Seven Swans, a one-Michelin-starred vegan restaurant. Prices are much more affordable here and it has its own bakery and bar.

The restaurant offers a short but sophisticated menu like clover bread with butter, homemade cheeses and local honey along with pancakes. Dishes like tempura breaded zuchini flowers, carrot tartare with fermented apricots and flambéed coriander cream, and meatless carbonara pasta.

In addition to the bakery and bar, Leuchtendroter also has a newsstand and art magazine designed for solo diners so they can relax and enjoy the food.
