Program schedule

Day 1: Guests gather at the port at … o’clock. The boat will take you to Hon Tre Island. Upon arrival, a vehicle will transfer you to Green Island Ecolodge for check-in to a Superior sea-view room. You will then receive a motorbike with a full tank of fuel and are free to explore the island.

Day 2: Guests are free to explore the island until departure time. Return to the port at … o’clock for the trip back to Rach Gia, concluding the journey.

Note: Guests may register with us for recreational activities such as SUP paddling on the sea or renting professional sound equipment to organize small parties or group activities. We will assist with consultation and advance booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Conditions

- Full refund will be provided if the tour is canceled due to weather conditions.

- No refund will be provided if the cancellation is due to personal reasons from the customer.

2. Cancellation Fees

If you cancel your trip at any time, you must notify the company in writing.

The following charges will apply:

- 30 days or more before departure: 30% of deposit

- 15 – 30 days before departure: 50% of deposit

- 08 – 15 days before departure: 80% of tour cost

- 01 – 07 days before departure: 100% of tour cost

3. Important Note

Cancellation time is counted on working days only, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.
