MBK Center, also known as Mahboonkrong Center, is a large shopping mall located in the center of Bangkok, Thailand. The mall is known for its many shops and restaurants as well as its lively atmosphere.
The mall was opened in 1985 and has since become a popular destination for both locals and tourists. The center is located on the corner of Phaya Thai and Rama I streets, easily accessible by public transport.
MBK Center has eight floors and more than 2,000 stores, making it one of the largest shopping malls in Bangkok. The mall is divided into several sections, including electronics, fashion and clothing, food and restaurants.
The electronics section is located on the fourth floor and offers a wide range of electronic devices, including smartphones, cameras and laptops. The fashion and clothing section is located on the 5th and 6th floors with many domestic and international brands. The food court and restaurant is located on the 7th floor and offers a wide variety of dining options, including Thai, Chinese and Western cuisines.
In addition to shopping and dining, MBK Center also offers a variety of entertainment options. The shopping mall with cinema, bowling alley and amusement park is located on the top floor.
MBK Center is also known for its street vendors selling a variety of goods such as clothing, accessories and souvenirs. These vendors are located on the ground floor and outside the mall.
