When going through Ca Pass, from above you look out towards Vung Ro Bay, you will see a towering island standing alone looking like a giant dinosaur with green skin lying in the middle of the sea. That island is called Hon Nua. This is one of the unspoiled islands, almost untouched by humans. Therefore, this place is very suitable for camping with friends to stay overnight, eat grilled seafood and breathe in the fresh sea air.

Hon Nua Island is an island located at the foot of Ca Pass, with a mountain peak 105 m above sea level, bordering Phu Yen province in the north, and Khanh Hoa province in the south. This island was formerly known as Tru Tu (because this island was considered by the kings as a natural landmark to divide the administrative boundary between Dai Viet and Champa).

Nature endowed Hon Nua with a beauty that is rarely found anywhere else, which is endlessly long white sand beaches with high cliffs that continue to rise higher and higher, pointing straight up to the sky. First there are small rocky beaches and then gradually to majestic high cliffs. Stepping on the cliffs, you feel like you are standing on the bow of a boat facing the sea, which is very interesting. The sea at Hon Nua is very special, very blue and clear, on sunny days you can see each pebble or stone from the bottom of the water. Coming to Hon Nua beach, you can not only immerse yourself in the cool water, leisurely walk on the fine white sand or lie in the sun on the cliffs, enjoy the fresh and cool air. But you can also enjoy a new feeling by bringing a fishing rod, sitting on the undulating cliffs while fishing while watching the sky and sea. Or you can experience coral diving. Although the coral here is not as beautiful and rich as Nha Trang, Phu Quoc... but it also has its own characteristics of the flora ecosystem here. There is also a special feature that diving to see the corals on the seabed here is very easy without using special tools.

On the top of Hon Nua, there is also a red lighthouse, this is the place to guide the fishermen to the shore. At night, visitors can also climb here to enjoy the scenery, enjoy the cool breeze of the sea and be a romantic dating place for couples in love. Boundary landmark on one side is Khanh Hoa, on the other, Phu Yen is also an interesting place for people to take pictures and visit. Contrary to the harmonious beauty in the south, in the north are high cliffs, standing close to the sea. The huge cliffs straight up into the sky give you a mystical feeling. There are cliffs nearly 80 meters high above sea level, so this is an interesting place for those who love climbing sports.
