Japan is quite famous for Sake, to make batches of Sake it takes a lot of stages and processes, the way to cook Sake in Japan is very different from that of distilled alcohol like in Vietnam. The Fushimi area of Kyoto, which is home to good quality groundwater and abundant rice production, has become a sizable wine-producing area from the favor of nature. Entering the wine museum, which displays a lot of antique winemaking artifacts, when you go through the ticket counter you will enter a large courtyard area you will see prominently where the pure water source for making wine is still kept. by arranging small cups so that visitors can feel the purity of the water here. Inside the museum there are many tools as well as wine containers. You will see vivid images of the winemaking process. At the end of the visit, you will go to the wine tasting bar or eat a special dish of radish pickled here. The staff will give you small glasses of wine to taste the wine and if you like, you can go to the souvenir shop to buy small bottles of wine to give to your loved ones.
