We will firstly taste Hue Specialty - "Banh Khoai" - Hue crispy pancake. People said that this is a "happy cake" because it resembles a big smile when it is folded like a "Taco". Go around to view the night life in Hue via not too busy streets to come to another restaurant for "Bun Bo Hue" - Hue beef vermicelli soup ​​of which name is to recognize the original region dish but you can find that else where in Vietnam recent years because of its fame.

We then go to a small private family restaurant for series of specialities including "Banh Bot Loc" - filtered tapioca dumplings, "Banh Beo" - literally water fern cake, "Banh Nam" - steamed shrimp rice cake, "Banh Ram It" - Sticky rice dumplings on a fried dumpling and drink iced green tea giving you a very authentic experience.

After tasting most of Hue famous specialities, we will take a walk at walking area for sightseeing, walking, shopping or enjoying countless Hue specialties.
