Hanoi - Ha Long - Sapa Tour 3 Days 2 Nights Daily Departure from Hanoi
DAY 1: HANOI – HA LONG
8:30 – 8:45 AM : The company's vehicle and tour guide will pick you up at the designated meeting points: hotels in the Old Quarter (Hoan Kiem District), the Grand Opera House, the Hoan Kiem Lake Fountain, and Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square. The group will then depart to visit Ha Long Bay – one of the seven natural wonders of the world – via the Hanoi – Hai Phong – Ha Long expressway.
11:45 AM – 12:00 PM : Guests arrive at Ha Long Bay Tourist Wharf. The tour guide will assist with boarding procedures for the cruise ship. Guests will enjoy lunch on the luxurious cruise ship. Cruise: Take guests to admire thousands of large and small limestone islands such as Dog Stone Island, Rooster and Hen Island, Incense Burner Island, and Toad Island. Guests will feel as if they are entering a world of petrified animals that have undergone millions of years of transformation. Next stop: Guests will visit Sung Sot Cave – the most beautiful cave in Ha Long Bay. Voted by the Czech Association of Travel Agencies and Brokers as one of the 10 most beautiful caves in the world. The path to Sung Sot Cave winds under the forest canopy, with steep stone steps, giving visitors the feeling of conquering a mountain while also feeling like they are ascending to heaven. The cave is divided into two main chambers, the entire first chamber resembling a vast, spacious theater. The cave ceiling is covered with a layer of shimmering "Velvet Carpet," countless sparkling stalactite "Hanging Lamps," stone statues, stone elephants, seals, mounds of rice, flowers and leaves... all seem to be moving in a magical, dreamlike world.
Next stop: Hang Luon Fishing Village. Guests can explore Ha Long Bay by traditional bamboo boat or try kayaking. Next stop: The cruise continues to Titop Island. Guests are free to swim, play beach sports, or climb to the top of Titop Island to admire the stunning Ha Long Bay from above and take beautiful photos as souvenirs. After swimming, guests return to the cruise ship. The cruise then returns to Tuan Chau International Port. Guests relax on board and enjoy a Sun Set Party (free wine, tea, cakes, and fruit) while watching the sunset over Ha Long Bay.
17:45 – 18:00 : Guests bid farewell to beautiful Ha Long Bay and board the bus back to Hanoi.
8:30 PM : The bus arrives back in Hanoi. Guests are free to have dinner in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter.
9:30 PM : The vehicle will pick up guests and depart for Sapa via the Noi Bai – Lao Cai expressway. Guests will spend the night on a sleeper bus.
DAY 2: SAPA TOWN – CAT CAT VILLAGE (BREAKFAST – LUNCH – DINNER)
Arrive in Sapa town early in the morning. You will continue to sleep on the bus until 6:00 - 6:30 AM. The tour guide will pick you up from the sleeper bus and take you to the hotel for breakfast and rest. You can leave your luggage at the hotel's luggage storage counter.
8:30 AM : After breakfast, the tour guide will take you on a walking tour of Cat Cat Village, home to the H'mong people. You will discover the simple and peaceful life of the H'mong people. Visit Cat Cat Waterfall (one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Lao Cai) and the hydroelectric power plant built by the French in the 1920s. In addition, you will have the opportunity to take photos in the most beautiful flower fields in Cat Cat Village, with many chrysanthemum gardens, buckwheat fields, and thousands of other flower species depending on the season. After visiting Cat Cat Village, you will return to the hotel for lunch. Afterwards, check in and rest.
Afternoon : Guests are free to stroll around and shop for souvenirs and some valuable medicinal herbs in Sa Pa town, or they can purchase cable car tickets to conquer Fansipan peak, 3143m high – the "roof of Indochina". This cable car line holds two Guinness World Records: the three-wire cable car with the largest difference in elevation between the departure and arrival stations in the world (1410m) and the longest three-wire cable car in the world (6292.5m). (Cable car tickets are at your own expense)
Evening : Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Sa Pa. Take a stroll around and visit Sa Pa Lake and the Stone Church, or perhaps attend the Red Dao ethnic minority market or enjoy unique and characteristic Sa Pa dishes on the "Grill Street" – this is one of the interesting and unique things to do when visiting Sa Pa. Additionally, you can participate in the ethnic minority's Love Market, held on Saturday evenings in the town.
DAY 3: SAPA TOUR – HAM RONG MOUNTAIN (BREAKFAST – LUNCH)
-Morning: Guests can wake up early to admire the beautiful sunrise over the Northwest mountains. Guests will have breakfast at the hotel.
8:30 – 9:00 AM : Your guide will take you to visit the incredibly charming Ham Rong Mountain. With its cool climate, unique cultural landscape, and poetic features, Ham Rong Mountain is likened to a fairy of Sa Pa, contributing to Sa Pa's allure. After each sunrise, Ham Rong Mountain reveals new wonders with thousands of flowers blooming in vibrant colors. This is what captivates tourists. Here, you can admire the orchid gardens (1-2…), followed by the Heaven's Gate – Cloud Terrace. From the top of Cloud Terrace, you can contemplate and witness firsthand the town of Sa Pa amidst floating white clouds.
11:30 AM : Guests have lunch, then check out of the hotel. Leave your luggage at the hotel's luggage storage counter.
Afternoon: Guests are free to shop for souvenirs and some valuable medicinal herbs at the Sa Pa town market. Alternatively, guests can rent a vehicle to visit Silver Waterfall, Love Waterfall, and the Heaven's Gate at O Quy Ho Pass.
3:30 PM : Guests board the sleeper bus to return to Hanoi.
9:30 PM : The bus arrives back in Hanoi, ending the tour program.
