- 4 – 7 days before: 30% cancellation fee
- 2 – 3 days before: 50% cancellation fee
- Within 48 hours or no-show: 100% cancellation fee
Working time: Cancellation time is calculated based on working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Force majeure: In case of flight cancellation/delay due to airline or natural disasters, support will be provided to reschedule services or negotiate with suppliers to minimize penalties.
