08:00 – 08:20. Private car picks you up at Intercontinental Nha Trang, serves warm lemon and ginger water on the car

08:20 – 08:30 . Arrive at I-Resort, the receptionist will welcome you and briefly introduce the high-class health and beauty treatment under the pure mineral water to help you purify your body and rejuvenate your skin.

08:30 – 09:00. Coffee scrub (20 minutes) or light full body massage with black mud or chocolate or black sesame (30 minutes)

09:05 – 09:25. Soak in hot mineral mud (20 minutes). Mineral mud contains many natural minerals combined with warm temperature to help the body relax and support the treatment of some bone and joint and dermatological problems.

09:30 – 10:00. Soak in hot mineral herbal bath (20 minutes). Traditional herbs such as ginger, lemongrass, cinnamon, mugwort… for health care, relaxation and therapeutic support.

10:00 – 10:30. Foot massage (30 minutes)

10:30 – 11:00. Rest. Snack at restaurant (according to menu)

- Use hot mineral water swimming pool, hot mineral soaking pool, mineral waterfall, jacuzzi system, water jet massage system, foot massage on fountain

12:00 – 12:15 . Change clothes, see guests off to the car to return to the hotel.
