Dong Hoi city and Phong Nha area

Pick-up Options

Option 1 – 4:30 AM: Pick-up from your hotel or homestay in Hue.
The bus will pick you up directly from your accommodation in Hue. The journey to Dong Hoi takes approximately 3.5 hours.

Option 2 – 8:00 AM: Pick-up in Dong Hoi.
We will pick you up from your hotel or a pre-confirmed meeting point in the center of Dong Hoi. You will have approximately 10 minutes to rest and freshen up at the Sovaba Travel office before continuing the journey.

Option 3 – 9:00 AM: Pick-up in Phong Nha.
After gathering all guests, the group will head directly to Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park to begin exploring the cave.

Tour Activities

9:30 a.m. – Paradise Cave Exploration.
Your adventure begins with a 1.6 km buggy ride through the lush jungle, followed by a short hike to the cave entrance nestled amidst striking limestone cliffs.

Stepping through the narrow opening, a magnificent subterranean world unfolds. Paradise Cave boasts towering ceilings up to 60 meters high and widths exceeding 120 meters, with cool temperatures year-round.

Well-constructed wooden walkways guide you into the heart of this geological wonder, known as the "Underground Palace." Marvel at the breathtaking lotus-shaped formations, waterfalls, and ancient trees, all delicately illuminated by energy-efficient LEDs, creating a magical and otherworldly atmosphere.

End of Tour

12:00 PM – End of Tour
After completing the cave exploration, return to the parking area and relax during the return journey to your drop-off point.

12:30 PM – Drop-off
Return to your hotel or accommodation in Phong Nha City.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Select the correct hotel location and keep your phone available, as our customer service team or tour guide will contact you for pick-up arrangements.
• Wear light, breathable clothing and comfortable walking shoes for climbing and cave exploration.
• Bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen for the boat trip on the Son River.
• Have breakfast before joining the tour to ensure you have enough energy for the morning activities.

Cancellation policy and refunds:

For a full refund: To receive a full refund, you must cancel more than 24 hours before the activity is scheduled to start.

Late cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the activity or fail to show up, you are not eligible for a refund.

Supplier cancellations: If the tour operator or supplier cancels the activity, you will be offered a full refund.

Refund processing: Refunds are generally issued to your original payment method.
