6:00 AM - Departure from Hue.

The guide and vehicle will pick up the group in central Hue. Begin your journey to the war-torn front line of Quang Tri, one of the fiercest battlefields of the Vietnam War.

7:30 AM - Visit to the Ancient Quang Tri Citadel.
Stop at the citadel, a solemn witness to the 81-day battle that took place during the summer of 1972. The guide will explain its strategic role, the brutal fighting, and the immense sacrifice of the thousands of soldiers who defended the area.

8:30 AM - Departure for Route 9 - Da Krong Bridge.
Continue along National Route 9, a vital east-west supply route during the war, connecting both sides of the Truong Son (Annamite) mountain range.

10:00 AM – Visit to Da Krong Bridge.
Stop at Da Krong Bridge, a symbol of the legendary Ho Chi Minh Trail. Learn about its crucial role in transporting weapons and supplies to the southern front.

10:30 AM – Visit to Ta Con Air Base (Khe Sanh).
Continue to Khe Sanh to explore Ta Con Air Base, a major U.S. military outpost and the site of the 170-day siege in 1968. Discover original war relics, runways, bunkers, and defensive structures still standing.

11:30 AM – Lunch at a local restaurant.

1:00 PM – Transfer to Vinh Moc Tunnels.
Head north to the coastal area of ​​Vinh Linh, where the local population lived and fought underground during the years of intensive bombing.

3:00 PM – Vinh Moc Tunnels Exploration:
Discover a unique three-level tunnel system nearly 2 km long, which once housed over 60 local families and soldiers. Observe the living quarters, meeting rooms, clinics, kitchens, and much more, all built underground.

4:00 PM – Transfer to Hien Luong Bridge – Ben Hai River:
The journey continues to the historic bridge that divided North and South Vietnam for over 20 years.

5:00 PM – Hien Luong Bridge – Ben Hai River Visit:
Hear the story of the 17th parallel, a powerful symbol of national division and reunification. Take photos of this historical site, including the demarcation line, the museum, the loudspeakers, and more.

6:00 PM – Stop at La Vang Holy Land:
Enjoy a short photo break at La Vang, an important Catholic pilgrimage site.

Next, the vehicle will drop you off at:

  • Dong Hoi (city center, train station, or airport)
  • Or return to Hue upon request
