What to expect

DAY 1: KANSAI - KOBE - OSAKA (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

  • The plane is expected to arrive at Kansai airport at 7:50 a.m. You will complete immigration procedures. The car picks up the group for sightseeing
  • Hakutsuru Sake Museum - one of the famous Sake production areas in Japan, learn about the process of making Sake, then you will be able to try some delicious types of Sake.
  • Kobe Harborland - symbol of Kobe city. At night, the entire tower is lit with LED lights, creating a shimmering, magical scene.
  • You will have lunch at the restaurant with the famous Kobe Beef dish
  • In the afternoon, you depart for Osaka city center:
    Osaka Castle: (Exterior photography) – the most famous place in Osaka city. Osaka Castle was built in the second half of the 16th century as the residence of Toyotomi Hideyoshi - the warlord who unified Japan at that time. From construction to completion, it took more than 16 years. The castle is huge and is considered one of the symbols of Japan.
  • Shopping at Shinsaibashi shopping center - the busiest commercial area of Osaka city (if you have time)
  • Dinner and overnight at a central Osaka hotel.

DAY 2: OSAKA – KYOTO – NAGOYA (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

  • After breakfast, you check out and the group gets on the bus to depart for Kyoto to visit:
    Thanh Thuy Pagoda (Kiyomizu Dera) - is an item of the cultural heritage of the ancient capital of Kyoto with an extremely large campus located on a hill amidst a forest of maple leaves and cherry blossoms.
  • Fushimi Inari Taisha Thousand Pillar Shrine: is a Shinto shrine known for its approximately 10,000 vermilion torii gates winding along a two-hour walking path. Immediately after the construction of the shrine, to demonstrate the worshipers' contributions, a torii gate would be built with their names inscribed on it. Soon, hundreds of thousands of people wanted the same fortune and came to this famous shrine to buy their own torii gates, creating the “Senbon Torii” tunnel you see today.
  • Have lunch at the restaurant. Then move back to Nagoya.
  • The group will have dinner at a local restaurant or hotel and rest at the hotel in Nagoya.

DAY 3: NAGOYA - YAMANASHI (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

  • After breakfast at the hotel, the group checks out of the hotel. The car takes the group to the train station, experiencing the Shinkansen bullet train (the pride of the Japanese, with an average speed sometimes up to 300km/h) (1 trip/about 15 minutes).
  • Mount Fuji - the symbol of Japan - is the highest and active volcanic peak in Japan - 3776m high and covered by Five Lakes surrounding Mount Fuji. You can visit the 5th station if the weather is good (in case of bad weather, you will visit and take pictures at the foot of the mountain).
  • Have lunch at the restaurant, you continue to visit:
  • Lake Kawaguchiko is one of the five Fuji Goko lakes, and visitors can see the majestic Mount Fuji nearby. The combination of Mount Fuji and the natural scenery of each season is also a highlight of this place.
  • Shop at Premium Outlet Gotemba: the largest in Japan, where there are hundreds of types of discounted brands, appliances, fashion... many items are discounted up to 50-70% (If there is time)
  • The group has dinner and rests at the hotel in Yamanashi
  • You are free to bathe in the natural hot springs within the hotel grounds in Japanese style (called Onsen in Japanese - the Japanese believe that soaking in the hot springs will cure some joint pain and aches). fatigue... and some other diseases)

DAY 5: YAMANASHI – TOKYO (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

  • After breakfast at the hotel, you check out of the hotel and the car takes you to visit:
  • Oshino Hakkai Ancient Village - a village located right at the foot of Mount Fuji. To this day, the villages in Oshino Hakkai still have traditional Japanese architecture. Oshino Hakkai ancient village is an ideal and attractive cherry blossom viewing destination, for those who love the nostalgic beauty and tranquility of this place.
  • The car takes the group to central Tokyo. Lunch at local restaurant.
  • After lunch, the group visited:
    Asakusa Kannon Temple – Tokyo's oldest and most sacred temple. You can freely shop for souvenirs in the Nakamise walking street next to the temple with many exquisite traditional handicrafts and spiritually meaningful products.
  • View the Tokyo Skytree TV tower from the Sumida River (tower access fee not included)
  • Shopping at Akihabara shopping paradise (if you have time)
  • The group have dinner in restaurant. You rest at the hotel in Tokyo.

DAY 6: TOKYO – HANOI (Breakfast/Lunch)

  • Morning: The group has breakfast at the hotel. The car will take you to visit the Tokyo Imperial Palace: the home of the ancient Emperor of Japan with extremely luxurious and magnificent architecture. This place not only impresses with its ancient design but also possesses a harmonious natural landscape and fresh, pleasant atmosphere (visit outside).
  • The group had lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, the car takes the group to Narita international airport to check in for flight VJ 935 (4:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.) to Hanoi.
    The group is expected to arrive at Noi Bai airport at 9:00 p.m. Car and tour guide will take you to the original meeting point in the city.
  • The tour guide said goodbye to the group and ended the program.
  • See you again in your next journeys.

Price for children:

  • Under 2 years old: 20% of tour price (sharing bed with adults)
  • From 2 - under 12 years old: 85% of adult tour price (sharing bed with adults). One adult can only accompany 1 child. In case there are 2 children accompanying, pay for 1 child as an adult to get an extra bed.
  • From 12 years old and up: pay as an adult.
  • In case there is only 01 guest (adult) traveling with 01 child (under 12 years old), please pay the tour fee for the baby to sleep in its own bed.

Note:

  • If you request a single room or travel alone/in an odd group of 3, 5, or 7 guests but do not have a roommate, please pay the additional fee.
  • The group departs from 16 people. In case there is not enough group, the company will notify you 2 weeks in advance to postpone the flight date.
  • For customers who have cosmetic surgery (eyelid surgery, chin contouring, nose augmentation, lip repair, etc.), please change your passport to a new one after cosmetic surgery. In case you use your old passport before cosmetic surgery, customs refuses entry/exit, you are fully responsible for 100% tour cancellation costs, airfare costs to Vietnam (if yes) and costs incurred due to refusal of entry/exit.
  • Because flights depend on airlines, in some cases flight times may change without prior notice to you.
  • The tour program may change in accordance with traffic conditions, actual weather or changes in flight schedules by the airline. The Company reserves the right to change or cancel any attraction that may affect your safety.
  • The flower and leaf season is easily affected by outside weather conditions and blooms/colors sooner or later.
  • This is a force majeure case. We hope you understand and sympathize.
  • The above prices may change depending on the guest's departure date. Prices may change when airlines increase fuel surcharges.
  • For customers from 70-79 years old: the insurance fee is 150% and the maximum insurance benefit is 500 million VND/person/case. Customers must have a doctor's health check + a health commitment with the Company. Requires a relative under 60 years old to accompany.
  • Restrictions on accepting guests aged 80 and over. Guests 80 years of age or older do not have insurance.
  • Customers must have a health certificate and a commitment to ensure they are healthy enough to participate in the tour program and take responsibility for themselves. If there is an incident, the Travel Company is exempted from liability in this case.
  • Only insured for customers participating in the tour and incidents occurring during the travel period from the date of entry to the end of the tour. In case the customer continues treatment after the end of the tour as directed by the health agency, it will also be covered (based on documents and invoices from the health agency). The insured amount is determined by the insurance company. Review and compensate according to the contract signed with the travel company, not based on all your invoices.
  • Due to the tour construction process 3-4 months before departure, some destinations in the program may change to suit the departure time of each tour!

Cancellation Policy

Tour cancellation conditions: In case you cannot attend the tour, please notify the Company and pay the cancellation fee as follows:

  • Cancellation 30 - 45 days in advance: 10% of total tour price
  • Cancellation 20 - 29 days in advance: 20% of total tour price
  • Cancellation 15 - 19 days before: 40% of total tour price
  • Cancellation 6 - 14 days in advance: 75% of total tour price
  • Cancellation 5 days before: 100% of total tour price

Tour cancellation time is calculated for weekday working days, excluding weekends and holidays.
