DEPARTURE NIGHT: SAIGON - OSAKA (Overnight on the plane)
You gather at Tan Son Nhat airport to check in for flight VJ828 (01:00 - 08:30) to Japan. You stay overnight on the plane.
DAY 1: OSAKA – KOBE (Handheld breakfast/lunch/dinner)
The plane is expected to land at Kansai International Airport (KIX) around 8:30 a.m. Car to pick up the group to visit OSAKA:
- Katsuo-Ji Temple Temple of Luck: Katsuo-ji Temple welcomes summer with 3,600 brilliant hydrangeas. During times of heavy rain, the attraction of hydrangeas still makes thousands of tourists flock to admire them. The beautiful scenery, the sound of solemn chanting, the ringing bells and the faint scent in the air make the souls who visit Katsuoji truly be soothed.
The group had lunch at the famous Kobe Beef specialty restaurant.
Afternoon: The group moves to Osaka to visit:
- Osaka Castle (Exterior photography) – the most famous place in Osaka city. Osaka Castle was built in the second half of the 16th century as the residence of Toyotomi Hideyoshi - the warlord who unified Japan at that time. From construction to completion, it took more than 16 years. The castle is huge and is considered one of the symbols of Japan.
- Shopping at Shinsaibashi Shopping Center - the busiest commercial area of Osaka city. Built and operating since the Edo period, about 400 years ago, Shinsaibashi has begun to become a place for business merchants. trading and buying and selling clothes, then expanding products to household appliances, antiques, musical instruments, decorative items... and growing strongly until today. (If there is more time)
The group has dinner and rest at a 3* hotel in Osaka.
DAY 2: OSAKA - KYOTO - NAGOYA (Breakfast/lunch/dinner)
Group breakfast at the hotel. Check procedures. The car and tour guide pick up the group and move to Shin Osaka Station to depart for Kyoto with a journey by Shinkansen High Speed Train - The pride of the Japanese. Arrive at the ancient capital Kyoto. Tour group:
- Sagano Bamboo Forest : a place with many meanings in Japanese culture. Ranked by CNN as one of the top 100 best roads in the world. The sound of the forest was included in the list of 100 Japanese sounds by the Japanese Ministry of Environment.
The group had lunch at the restaurant, then continued to visit:
- Fushimi Inari – Sitting at the legendary Thousand Gate Temple in Japan. is a Shinto shrine known for its approximately 10,000 vermilion torii gates winding down a two-hour walking path. Immediately after the temple's construction, to demonstrate the worshipers' contributions, a torii gate would be built with their names inscribed on it. Soon, hundreds of thousands of people wanted the same fortune and came to this famous shrine to buy their own torii gates, creating the “Senbon Torii” tunnel you see today.
Have dinner and check in to a 3* hotel for the night in Toyohashi.
DAY 3: NAGOYA - TOYOHASHI - YAMANASHI (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Have breakfast at Hotel. Then the group departs to visit:
- Mount Fuji : The symbol of Japan is the highest and active volcanic peak in Japan - 3776m high and covered by 5 lakes surrounding Mount Fuji. You can visit the 5th station if the weather is good (in case of bad weather, you will visit and take pictures at the foot of the mountain.
The group had lunch at a local restaurant, then continued to visit:
- Oshino Hakkai Cultural Village : Visit the poetic five lakes to admire the beautiful scenery like a fairy garden. Oshino Hakkai ancient village possesses ancient Japanese architecture and is recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage.
- Visit and shop at Gotemba Outlet (if you have time)
Dinner and Check-in for 4* night stay in Yamanashi.
You will experience wearing a Yukata and freely bathing in Onsen - a type of bath that is very good for the health of Japanese people. The Japanese believe that soaking in natural hot mineral water will relax and cure some bone and joint diseases.
DAY 4: PHU SI - TOKYO - NARITA (Breakfast/lunch/dinner)
After breakfast at the hotel and check out, the car will take you to visit:
- Experience picking and enjoying fruit at the seasonal garden.
Move back to Tokyo. The group has lunch and continues to visit:
- Asakusa Kannon Shrine - The oldest shrine in Tokyo, built in 645 in the Edo period. This is the place to worship Guan Yin Buddha, and is also the center of major annual festivals in Japan. You can visit and shop at the Nakamise neighborhood next to the temple.
- Visit and take photos outside the Tokyo Skytree TV tower from the Sumida River (tower entrance fee not included).
- Shopping in Tokyo's bustling Akihabara electronics district is associated with famous Anime and Manga characters. (If there is more time)
You have dinner at the restaurant and then rest at the 4* hotel in Narita.
DAY 5: TOKYO – SAIGON (Breakfast/lunch)
The group had breakfast at the hotel, then moved to the airport to return to Saigon for flight VJ823 (08:55-14:00). The group arrived at Tan Son Nhat airport. The tour guide said goodbye to the group and ended the program. See you again in your next journeys.
