What to expect

DAY 1: HANOI – NARITA Overnight on the plane

20:00: Tour guide picks you up at the meeting point in the city, car and tour guide pick up the group from the meeting point to Noi Bai International Airport to check in for the flight of 5* Japan Airline departing to Narita - Japan on flight JL 752 (23:20 - 06:35 ).  

You stay overnight on the plane .

DAY 2: TOKYO CITY Breakfast on the plane/Lunch/Dinner

Morning: The plane is expected to land at Narita airport at around 6:35. After completing immigration procedures, the car will pick you up to visit Tokyo:

  • Asakusa Kannon Temple – The oldest and most sacred temple in Tokyo. You can freely shop for souvenirs at the Nakamise walking street next to the temple with many sophisticated traditional handicrafts and spiritual meanings.

  • View of Tokyo Skytree from the Sumida River

Lunch: Lunch at local restaurant.

  • Meiji-jingu is a sacred shrine in Japan that is revered by the people of this place. This is the shrine to worship the Emperor and the royal family members.

  • Shibuya Crossing - considered one of the most famous landmarks in Tokyo. The image of bustling people passing through Shibuya Crossing has appeared in many magazines and movies around the world. Not only is it a place where roads intersect, visitors can stop at any fashion store, restaurant or cafe along the road.

Evening: Dinner at local restaurant. Check in and stay overnight at Tokyo hotel.

DAY 3: TOKYO - ASAHIKAWA. Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel, check out. Car picks up the group to Haneda airport to take flight JL 553 HNDAKJ (10:55 - 12:35) to Asahikawa.

Arrive at the airport, car will pick you up and take you to lunch at the restaurant.


Afternoon: Visit:

  • Asahiyama Zoo - located in the far north of Hokkaido, there are about 800 animals from 150 different species. The zoo is not only home to animals native to Hokkaido but also brings together animals from all over the world such as bears, storks, deer, giraffes, red pandas, chimpanzees, raccoon dogs, tigers or snow leopards.

  • Ramen Village - This amusement park specializes in spreading the delicious ramen culture of Asahikawa, so when coming here, visitors will have the opportunity to taste many types of ramen noodles from eight famous ramen restaurants in the area in just one location.


Evening: Dinner and overnight at hotel in Asahikawa.

DAY 4: ASAHIKAWA - SAPPORO Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

Morning: After breakfast at the hotel, car and tour guide take you to visit:

  • Blue Pond of Biei: Located near the town of Biei, this pond was created to prevent damage caused by mudflows from Mount Tokachi. The color of the pond changes from vivid turquoise to jade to cobalt blue, a phenomenon caused by impurities in the water flowing down from Shirahige Falls. All the elements such as the seasons, along with wind, clouds and rain can change the shade of the pond.


  • Farm Tomita: A flower paradise on earth - located in Furano city of Hokkaido island, Japan. The beauty of Tomita Farm lies in the wonderful combination of beautiful natural landscapes and colorful flower gardens. Especially the lavender fields - the characteristic of Tomita farm.


Lunch: You will have lunch at a local restaurant. The group will depart for Sapporo , the capital of Hokkaido.


Arriving in Sapporo, the group is free to shop at Mitsui Outlet Park Sapporo-Kitahiroshima . Here, you can enjoy shopping for branded goods at a variety of stores, from international brands to local brands and new brands opening for the first time in Japan.


Evening: Dinner at local restaurant. Check in hotel in Sapporo.


You are free to bathe in the natural hot spring (Onsen) in the hotel grounds in Japanese style (called Onsen in Japanese - the Japanese believe that soaking in hot springs will cure some diseases such as joint pain, aches and pains... and some other diseases)


DAY 5: SAPPORO – OTARU Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

Morning: Breakfast at hotel. Car picks you up to visit:

  • Visit and take photos at Otaru Canal - known as the Venice of Japan - built in 1914 with a length of more than 1,100m along the coast, recreating an extremely bustling port city.  

  • The Otaru Orgel Music Box Museum sells and displays a collection of 25,000 music boxes of various sizes and especially collects many unique artifacts from around the world.

Lunch & Afternoon: You will have lunch at the restaurant. Then continue to visit


  • Shiroi Koibito Park: is a favorite destination in Hokkaido for chocolate lovers. This is a theme park for all ages, managed by Ishiya - a famous chocolate company in Hokkaido. Here you can enjoy delicious desserts and sweets. Sapporo Beer

  • Museum : is a place to introduce the history and beer production process through the ages of Japan. When visiting, you can learn about how Sapporo beer is produced from the smallest steps such as: preparing ingredients, the fermentation process and how beer has developed over time.

  • Evening
: Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 6: SAPPORO - TOKYO – HANOI Breakfast/Lunch Coupon/Dinner on the plane

Bright: Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast, check out. The tour group moves to visit:

  • Famous Nijo market: When in Hokkaido, you must visit Nijo market - a smaller version of Tokyo's Tsujiki fish market. However, this is still a great place to find fresh seafood and local specialties right in the heart of Sapporo.

You will travel to New Chitose airport to check in for flight JL 508 (12:00 - 13:35) to Haneda airport - Tokyo.


Then you continue to move and check in for flight JL751 from Narita at 18:00 to Hanoi.

21:50 The plane lands at Noi Bai airport . The car takes you back to the meeting point in the city center. End of program

Note:   The tour program may change in accordance with traffic conditions, actual weather conditions or changes in flight schedules by the airline. The travel company reserves the right to change or cancel any attractions that may affect your safety (all changes will be notified in advance).

CHILDREN POLICY

  • Under 2 years old: 20% of tour price (sharing bed with adults)
  • From 2 – under 12 years old: 85% of adult tour price (sharing bed with adults). An adult can only accompany 1 child. In case of 2 children accompanying, pay for 1 child as an adult to get an extra bed.
  • From 12 years old and up: pay as adults.
  • In case there is only 01 guest (adult) traveling with 01 child (under 12 years old), please pay the tour fee for the child to sleep in a separate bed.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT RULES

  • Phase 1: Deposit 10,000,000 VND/guest immediately after confirming tour registration.
  • Phase 2: Pay the remaining amount immediately after the Embassy issues the visa or before issuing the plane ticket (whichever comes first).

OTHER NOTES

  • If you request a single room or travel alone/in a group of 3, 5, or 7 people but have no one to share a room with, you will have to pay an additional fee.
  • Departure group from 16 people. In case there is not enough group, the company will notify you 02 weeks in advance to postpone the flight date.
  • For customers who have undergone cosmetic surgery (eyelid surgery, chin reduction, nose lift, lip surgery, etc.), please change to a new passport after the cosmetic surgery. In case you use your old passport before the cosmetic surgery and customs refuse to exit/enter the country, you will be fully responsible for 100% of the tour cancellation fee, the cost of airfare back to Vietnam (if any) and any costs incurred due to the refusal to exit/enter the country.
  • The leaf season is very easily affected by the weather conditions outside, which can cause the leaves to turn color sooner or later. This is a case of force majeure, we hope you understand and sympathize.
  • For customers aged 70-79: the insurance premium is 150% and the maximum insurance benefit is 500 million VND/person/case. Customers must have a doctor's health check + health commitment with the Company. A relative under 60 years old is required to accompany them.
  • Restricted from accepting guests 80 years of age and older. Guests 80 years of age and older do not have insurance.
  • Customers must have a health certificate and a commitment to ensure good health to participate in the tour program and take responsibility for themselves. If there is an incident, the travel company is exempted from responsibility in this case.
  • Only covers customers participating in the tour and incidents occurring during the tour from the date of entry to the end of the tour. In case the customer continues to receive treatment after the end of the tour according to the instructions of the health authority, the insurance will also be based on the documents and invoices of the health authority for the insurance company to review and compensate according to the contract signed with the travel agency. The amount of compensation paid by the insurance company is not based on all of your invoices.
  • Due to the tour development process 3-4 months before departure, some destinations in the program may change to suit the departure time of each tour.
  • Tour price does not include visa re-entry fee to Vietnam for overseas Vietnamese & foreigners.
  • In case you are not allowed to exit or enter the country for personal reasons, the travel company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.
  • If the guest is an overseas Vietnamese or a foreigner with a separate visa, they must bring it with them on the tour.
    The order and details in the program may change to suit objective situations (weather, traffic, etc.)
  • The travel company will not be responsible for ensuring the tourist attractions in case of natural disasters, security incidents, aviation incidents, etc.
  • When registering for a tour, please read carefully the program, tour price, inclusions and exclusions in the program, and tour cancellation conditions on the payment receipt.
  • In case you do not register for the tour directly but someone else does, please learn carefully about the program from the person who registered for you.
  • As flights are dependent on the airline, in some cases flight times may be changed without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel the tour, you will have to pay the tour cancellation fee and air ticket cancellation fee according to the terms below:

  • Cancellation 30 – 45 days in advance: 10% of total tour price

  • Cancellation 20 – 29 days in advance: 20% of total tour price

  • Cancellation 15 - 19 days in advance: 40% of total tour price

  • Cancellation 06 – 14 days in advance: 75% of total tour price

  • Cancellation 05 days in advance: 100% of total tour price

  • In case the customer cancels the tour with a visa, the Company will keep the visa until it expires (tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

  • If you cancel your tour after the Embassy or Consulate has issued your visa: The travel company has the right to cancel your visa.

  • Tour cancellations must be notified directly to the company via fax, e-mail and must be confirmed by the Travel Company. Cancellations by phone are not accepted.
