Beauty Luxury Pass

1. Eligibility

• The Beauty Luxury Pass is valid for one registered user. The Pass is non-transferable once activated.

2. Beauty Credits Benefits

• The Pass includes a total of 200 Beauty Credits, which can be used for services listed in the catalog.
• Beauty Credits are units used to track service benefits. They are not currency and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Customers may use multiple services during the Pass validity period, provided the total Credits used do not exceed the available balance.
• Each service has its own Credit deduction rate. The Ultherapy Prime treatment (250 Credits) exceeds the Pass allowance and is therefore not eligible for redemption.
• Complimentary benefits from All That Beauty do not deduct Beauty Credits and are available only when the program conditions are met.

3. Advance Booking

• Customers must submit booking requests at least 2 days before the intended service date.
• Appointments are valid only after confirmation by Tatinta and the service provider, subject to actual availability.

4. Professional Assessment Requirements

• Medical aesthetic and advanced treatments require consultation, examination, and suitability assessment by qualified professionals at the relevant facility before treatment.
• The facility reserves the right to refuse or recommend adjustments to a treatment plan if the customer does not meet the health requirements or if their skin condition is unsuitable.

5. Validity Period

• The Pass is valid for the officially announced period from the activation date. Any unused Beauty Credits will automatically expire when the Pass expires.

6. Service Changes, Refunds & Cancellations

• Service Changes: If the selected service is deemed unsuitable following a professional assessment, customers may switch to another equivalent service in the catalog at no additional charge. Unused Credits will be returned to the Pass account.
• Refunds: The Pass is non-refundable if customers voluntarily change their plans or do not use all the available benefits, except when a partner is unable to provide the service and no suitable alternative is available.

EXPERIENCE LOCATIONS

• Partner facilities included in the Tatinta Beauty Luxury Pass catalog in Vietnam (New Life Clinic, All That Beauty, CocoMed, QueenSpa, Sparadise, Lucky Nail Spa, and Thơ Phan PMU).
• The specific branch address will be confirmed when booking.
• Operating hours: Subject to each partner facility’s availability and schedule.
• Pass validity: 30 days from activation (or as otherwise officially announced).
• Advance booking: At least 2 days in advance.
• Number of users: 1 person registered on the Pass.

Step 2 – Activate 200 Beauty Credits: Once the Pass is activated, you will receive 200 Beauty Credits to select services from the catalog.

Step 3 – Choose Your Preferred Experiences: Explore beauty, rejuvenation, and relaxation services tailored to your needs.

Step 4 – Book Your Experience: Contact Tatinta to make a reservation at least 2 days in advance. Appointments are confirmed subject to actual availability.

Step 5 – Enjoy Your Beauty Journey: Arrive at the facility at your scheduled appointment, present your booking code, and enjoy the service. The corresponding Credits will be automatically deducted.
